RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Everything You Need to Know
Our return policies work as follows. No refunds shall be made of a cash amount unless approved by a manager, you must have your original receipt in order to claim a refund , If a cash amount is not approved you can exchange for an item of the same value or higher price accredited to a new purchase or exchange with the difference being paid.
Also store credit can be requested for the same value of the original price purchased
WARRANTY AT PHONE STORE
Our Policy
In the Phone Store we have 2 types of warranty available on all our devices and repairs.
The first type of warranty we offer is a 24 month warranty offered on any devices purchased from either of our stores
the warranty works on a basis as long as the device is not physically damaged or water damaged we will offer a full replacement or repair as long as we diagnose the issue as a technical fault.
The second type of warranty we offer is an Life Time warranty on all device repairs this covers from phones all the way up to laptops and tablets. As with the last warranty it works on the same basis as long as the issues is not caused by physical or water damage and is a result of a technical fault we will offer a full replacement
